Fees and Insurance

Fees range from $90 to $210 and are dependent upon the type of service provided.

To accommodate the many individuals who do not want their treatment records to be in the database of a managed care corporation, we do not belong to any managed care networks.  Services are often covered under the out-of-network provisions, however.

Not a provider for Medicare or Medicaid.

Payment is requested at the time of service.  We provide a receipt that can be submitted for insurance reimbursement, if you choose.

Under special arrangement, we will bill your insurance for you but you remain responsible for any unpaid balance.

Payment is expected for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
